Resetting Pin to add account on Kids Spotify

My Question or Issue

I am trying to add an additional account to my Premium plan. It is a Kids Spotify account. This will be the second Kids Spotify user that is on my account. When I am signing into the app it is asking me for a 4 digit PIN number and I can not find anywhere to reset it. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have the same problem. I need the PIN for the adult settings section of Kids. I have read the article linked above and I have clicked on "reset pin" but it just closes (crashes?) the Kids app and does not take me to anywhere to reset the pin.

Thanks for reaching out. 

We'd first recommend reinstalling the Kids app to see if it makes any difference. 

If you're unable to change the PIN even after reinstalling, another thing you could try is canceling the renewal of your plan, waiting until your account is reverted to free and subscribing to the Family plan again (using the same account) so that you can set the initial PIN one more time.
