Saying the user is based in a different country

Hello,

 

I have a premium family plan and had invited my daughter to join it. She tries to enter our address, the same address  as me, but spotify is telling her she is based in a different country...

 

i've tried so many times, i'm stuck and she can't use spotify. 

 

Can you help us please ?

I recommend making sure that the same country setting is set on your and her account: https://spotify.com/account 🙂

You are right.

Spotify is looking for the address you enter when you want to join to the family plan but also checking at the same time that your country account is the same as the family plan owner country. If it's not match, you can't join the plan.
