Spotify Premium Duo

Spotify Premium Duo

I have Spotify Premium Duo and when my wife tries to accept the invite it says that addresses do not match, despite the fact that they are exactly the same, chosen from suggested by Google

 

I don't get why and it's irritating

Your addresses didn't match

 

Ask the person who invited you to double- check the address they entered. You'll need to use that exact address to join Duo

Thanks for letting me know.

 

I recommend checking if the autofill (suggestion) feature adds something to the address or modifies it when your wife tries to accept the invite. If that is the case, please try updating the address of the plan to the suggested address.

 

In addition to that, she can also give it another try on another device, in another browser, and an incognito window. Please also make sure that no VPNs or Proxies are active. 🙂
