My Question or Issue

I'm trying to join my family's plan. I've just left my own premium account to join the family plan when I moved home. When I type in my address, Spotify can find an address to match, but then claims I haven't put the right one in and to join the plan I need to type it in exactly. Help?

Hey @gingerahoy,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Can you please ensure there aren't any special characters in the address as  " \ etc.?

 

Also, you could try entering a more simple address—for example, the one of a public building near you. If a number is in front or behind the street name, try leaving it away.

Recently got an email to confirm my family plan address. I've entered the address exactly as we have it for the Family plan manager but it's not working. Ideas? I've tried putting it in without the house number / apartment number. Don't want to lose my account in 5 days!
