Switch from premium to family (Klarna payment)

Switch from premium to family (Klarna payment)



in august i change my spotify from premium to family but the payments not switched by klarna.

now i become two invoices for only one account and klarna will have two payments:

- premium

- family


in my spotify account the list of my invoices are correct but in klarna i see four instead of two invoices.


what can i do?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.


If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
