Switching to Premium Family not working

Hi! Today I tried to switch my premium plan to family plan, but it doesn't work, I don't see the button, how do I do it? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for reaching here and welcome to the Community! 

 

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

 

Lastly, if you still have trouble subscribing feel free to send us a screenshot of the subscription option you see. Make sure you cover any sensitive details on the page.

i have the same problem, did incognito too and didnt work
