The account I added in Premium family is not Premium

The account I added in Premium family is not Premium

Plan Premium family

Free/Premium

Country UAE

 

Device 

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue

I purchased premium family - but the accounts I have added to my premium family account are not having the premium benefits

Hi there @sachalee,

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

I would like you to follow the steps provided here just to make sure you've added them correctly.

 

You can in the meantime add the process you did in order to start the plan so i can cross check you did the right things.

 

Bear the following in mind:

- All members should have their own private account

- Members getting the invite should resign under the same address and country

- An acceptance mail should be sent to all members which their process went correctly
