The manager of our shared Spotify Subscription lost their account login details

Hello,

We've lost the login credentials for the account that manages a shared Spotify Family Subscription. Is there still a way to cancel the subscription or remove the forgotten manager account from the current subscription and make someone else the manager?

Do you think it is possible to contact Support and resolve this problem, even though the plan manager can't access either their Spotify account or email address?
