My Question or Issue

I have the family plan which has duplicate accounts on them.  I need to be able to see the email addresses of each to know which ones are good and which ones I need to delete.

Hey @NALEEERDESTA, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

I am afraid you’re unable to see the email address on their end and all you would see is their usernames. If the usernames are duplicated, and can’t determine which ones to delete - you can always remove them for the plan and send another invite to everyone following these steps.

 

You can also get in touch with Customer Support who can take a closer look for you.
