My Question or Issue

Trying to add wife to family plan however, it keeps telling her that she's trying to log in from a different country as we're standing side by side in my kitchen in North Carolina

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend telling her to check her account's country setting. This can be done at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/ 🙂 It needs to match your country setting, otherwise, she won't be able to join.
