My Question or Issue
Hi, please your help, because one of our family members can't connect to our premium account. I sent the invitation and she still can't join. She added the address and nothing. What can we do?

Keep in mind that all members of the Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.
When Spotify are unable to verify their addresses, they are removed from the plan.
If you all live in the same physical address, please ask her to try joining the plan again in an incognito window and let me know how it goes 🙂
