Why can two or more member plat music at the same time?

We have a family plan and are not able to let more than 1 person play music at a time.

It sounds like there is another member who is on the same account as you. In order for Premium Family to work, every member must have their own, separate account attached to your plan. You can invite members to your plan following these steps. Once they accept the invite, they'll be prompted to sign in to their own account, and from there, their account is linked to your plan.
