Can't invite to family plan because "something went wrong"

So i just invited once again my brother because for some reason he got out from the subscription, but my wife and sister continues here, and now when i try to invite him appears "something went wrong, please try again" what can i do?

Family subscription invitation wont send

Hi, I started family subscription and I want to invite my sister but i tried like 20 times to re send the invitation but she never gets it on her gmail account. Its not in spam or anywhere. what can I do.

Not getting an invite for family over mail

My father invited me for a spotify family account, but I dont get a e-mail to register myself. It has at least been a day and I still haven't got an e-mail to register. We tried to re-send the invite but nothing happened.

Held Funds

When looking at my bank statement it said Spotify charged me $35 for withheld funds then it charged me again for my normal premium account. So I'm confused what the $35 charge was.
