Spotify Premium doesnt plays offline

Hello,I have problem with Spotify Premium. I want to listen music offline therefore I pay Premium. But when I am offline, Spotify plays one, two, three songs and then nothing. Does anybody have solution? Thanks.

Family subscription does not work

I opened a family subscription and invited my family members. They clicked Accept invitation in the welcome but we still can’t play in parallel. What is the problem? Is there a time lag?
