Adding a family member but if says not in the same country!!!

I am trying to add my son to my family member subscription but when we use the invitation it says he cannot be added because he is not in the same country as me. He quite plainly is, he's sitting right next to me. What needs to be done to sort this?

After free trial

Hi,I used spotify last summer and canceled my premium. Now I want back to spotify premium. I searched everywhere but I didn't find where I can order premium account again.

Spotify changed my subcription from student to premium family

Hello, Spotify changed my student premium to premium family without asking me. What is this? I'm not paying 10 € more than before. I have not clicked on anything. How can I change this back.

[Family] Spotify keeps removing people from family even though they are at the same address

Members in the family get removed everytime after getting a failed to verify address email, even though they live at the same address. I don't see the address in my account info only country and zip code. How do I verify/change my address?
