cant join Family

cant join Family

Today I started a family plan and sent invites to my daughters.
One of them is unable to connect and receives the error "You cant join this plan", which I found out is due to not being able to switch plans more than once in 12 months, something I was unaware of.

How can I resolve this situation without losing her account?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, plan members can only switch Premium Family/Duo plans once every 12 months. In the meantime, they can either wait or subscribe to a plan on their own.

Hi,
thanks for the response, but that does not make sense to me.
So I have found a better solution: Deezer.
If wasn't for this problem I would never seek for an alternative.
I'm now testing for one month trial and even if it a little more expensive, it solve my problem of have all family in one account and its seems to have a better catalog than spotify.
