family plan

family plan

signed up for the premium family plan, had my daughter join but on her spotify it still plays commercials and limits her skips. what can i do to change this?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, she likely accepted the invite using an account that's different from the one she uses within the Spotify app 🙂

 

I recommend having her go to https://spotify.com/account to see if the account she uses in the browser is the same one she uses within the app. In the app the username can be checked in Settings > Account.
