If you have recovered the playlist and you still do not see it in the Spotify app, I would recommend a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. This will refresh the account and content that you have, and it should appear after this. If you're still not seeing it, please make sure that it was successfully recovered by viewing your Recently Deleted Playlists.
