My Question or Issue

i bought a 30 bucks gift card wanting a duo plan but i didn't know it was only for individual. is there a way i can change it into a duo plan with another gift card? i cant connect my credit or debit card for this, only gift cards.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, you'll need a recurring payment method to upgrade to Premium Duo.

You might be able to redeem the Gift Cards for Premium and then upgrade to Duo so that the existing Premium time will be converted into Duo time. You'll still need a recurring payment method for that upgrade, though.
