music stops when two members (differents account) are in the same time

I have an issues with spotify prenium for families. Me and my family ( 4 members in total) can't listen the music at the same time, even if we are connected to different account, the music stop and they say that someone else is using my account....

We cannot stand this bugs anymore...

Hi! Wow that sounds incredibly annoying and I'm sorry that you are experiencing this. My best suggestion would be to contact Spotify via their Facebook or email them directly so they can check and make sure that your accounts have not been accidentally linked. I hope this helps!

I don't seems to be abble to write to spotify.... 

My only option is this site....
