premium plan unable to add

premium plan unable to add

A family memeber in the household can't get into my premium family plan. The system asked to verify the address and it's not working. Anyone can provide a workaround to this/solution? Much appreciated!

Hi! I have exactly the same problem. Here is the message I see after trying to confirm the address:

I have a similar problem. Spotify tells me we need to live on the same address (which we do), but that it seems that my son tries to join the family plan from a different country. We recently moved from abroad, but all settings and payment methods are set towards the new country. Still, the address verification doesn't work
