My Question or Issue
How can I add a new member? I'm owner and "Subscription-Manager".
There are 3 slots available and can't add another member.
Where is the Link? See my attachment!

BTW:
I have been a Spotify user for 10 years.... I have had a problem with volume and an AVR Sony amp for over 4 years and now all the issues are gone or deleted. IDK. And I know there are some users who have the same problem. I don't know, it's so frustrating.
If you don't fix this family problem quickly, you will lose me and my family forever. I really like the Spotify app, but how you guys handle problems is really really bad in my opinion. Maybe you don't care about your users, but there are other alternatives out there!

Have you already attempted to verify your address first? It does say that an updated address is required right next to it.

That's a wierd usability, why show "add members"?

I agree that it might seem a bit confusing, but when you really take a close look at all contents of the page, you might realise what's preventing you from inviting more members. In this case, it was the address verification that was required.

 

Glad the issue got resolved though! 🙂
