My Question or Issue
Trying to input the Premium Family home address and it keeps saying "We couldn't find that address. Please try again."
It doesn't matter how many times I try or from which device/browser, it never works. The address isn't wrong, I've checked it several times.
It seems many of us are having the same issue, with no input from Spotify.

I wound up having to create a Twitter account just to talk to someone. In the end, they still only give vague answers, “we’re working on it,” even though so many people are having this issue and have been for awhile now.
I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund.
Spotify is great if you don’t run into any technical problems, otherwise it’s a joke.
Definitely going to be looking into a different service after this circus.
Same here. "We're having technical issues but here's a link to cancel your account". Lol... Not exactly up to snuff on customer service.
SAME ISSUE! I tried multiple browswers, private/incognito window, refreshing the page, turning my location on and off and on again etc. Nothing works

When I try to update my address on "https://www.spotify.com/co/family/reenter-address/":
I'm using Zip Code for Colombia with this page "http://visor.codigopostal.gov.co/472/visor/", using the Zip Code or address or any option I have this message "No pudimos encontrar esa dirección. Inténtalo de nuevo."
