My Question or Issue

 

after starting premium for family a few months ago i was only able to play on just my account. it's already premium, but when i open the spotify website to invite family members, it says i'm playing free. 

 

in the beginning it said i need to wait till i get a mail from spotify before i can start the family account. still haven't received any mail.

but im already paying for it. 

 

don't know what to do. can anyone help me out?

If you have been charged for a Premium Family subscription, but can't see any receipts here, it could be that you've logged into another account. We'd suggest you give these steps a go and check if you have a secondary account.
