My Question or Issue

Hello, I was trying to activate my SHOWTIME with the student plan but when I went it said another email was already using the account. It was not one of my emails at all and I have not been able to cancel the SHOWTIME through my student plan because I have not found out how to do so and since I can't access the SHOWTIME account itself I cannot disable it from SHOWTIME either.

Sorry to hear you lost access to your SHOWTIME account. In this case, there is not much we can do from here, so to get help with it, you must contact the Customer Support team.


They usually reply within 24-48 hours by email, but you can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter or message Spotify Cares on Facebook.
