Cannot activate Premium Student

My Question or Issue:

I currently have a standard Spotify Premium subscription and I’m trying to switch to Premium Student for the first time. During the SheerID verification process I receive an error and cannot complete the verification. SheerID support told me to contact Spotify directly. Could you please help me activate the Premium Student plan?

Can you try verifying your student status here using a different browser or private window? 

If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
