Cannot get student discount

I go to Florida State College at Jacksonville. When i try to sign up, it says "Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student.
Please check your details and try again.

If we still can't confirm your details, you won't be charged.
Any pending charges on your card statement will disappear in a few days." i have been trying for a week. Can i just submit my school ID? What can i do??

You should have received an email from SheerID, telling you the reasons for the failed verification. Try reapplying for it and be sure that this time all the points mentioned by SheerID are correct.
