Charged twice

Hi, i just subscribed and charged twice.

The first time I entered card details and pressed to continue, but didnt validate that im student, and then i did the same, but applyed that im a student and now im premium. But the prob is will I get charged back? Or it wont charge the money? Just ganna stay as reserved?

I was trying to pay de offer for students, while that the page blocked, so i thought it was a mistake so i start again. Later i receive two mails, which show the charge twice. Furthermore, i didnt get premium so im not sure if it is because they are cheking i am a studying or it didnt work and i get charged twice.
