My Question or Issue

 

A short time ago I requested the service for university students, which verification of the documents was successful. When I opening the email I click on the "GET DISCOUNT" button, when I opening my account, this caption appears: The data that accredits you as a university student is already associated with another Spotify account.
Why is this happening? Do you open a refund?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window before trying to click the link from the email you received again.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try signing back up from scratch here.
