Discounts for Students

I have tried applying for the student discount twice and both times have not received any emails back or an acceptance. 

I'm a university student and my uni is listed into the schools available so I don't know why my account hasn't changed from premium charge to the student discount .

I would try to cancel your subscription and renew it as a student account!
