My Question or Issue

Hi,I am using Student discount since 30.10.2017 and i know that student discount ends after 1 year if you don’t renew.And the date is  7.month of 2018 now.So it has not been a year.But today i saw that 13,99₺ was  withdrawn from my credit card.I thought that the student discount was not applied.Because after student discount,premium account’s price is 6,99₺.Spotify,had a dönüşe payment.The total nöbet u withdrawned from my credit card is 20.98₺ instead Of just 6.99₺.How can it be?I want my money back!A75B8C3B-AC1C-4F2B-AF80-E1616C60E94C.png

Spotify had 2 payment and 20.98₺ now*

If you’ve been charged twice I recommend looking at the Why have I been charged twice? support article.

 

Foremost, please be aware that receiving a refund is never guaranteed, and support evaluates all requests on a case-by-case basis. With that in mind, please fill out the online contact form to create a ticket with support.
