Eligible university on SheerID but not when I try to use the student discount

Hello!

I'm trying to renew my Spotify account with the student discount. (Before I shared it with my brother and he was at an "eligible" university). 

I've tried requesting to add my university, but it says that it's eligible.

When I try to verify my information to renew my student discount, my university does not appear in the choices although it should be eligible according to "Request to add school".

Thanks for the help! Love this app and I really want to keep using it!

Before we can assist you on this we'd like to know some more about the issue you're experiencing. Is it only your university that is missing from the drop-down menu or you can't see a drop-down menu at all?

Also, when did you request your university to be added to the list? Keep in mind that once you've requested a school to be added it might take some time before the entry reflects in the drop-down list.
