Error premium for students

I want to get the premium for students but when i try to subscribe the page doesnt work and it shows it as an error so i cannot proceed

I also have a problem. When I go to Fill out the sherID it says that the page no longer exists.

Sounds like the plan isn't available in your region. You can see all available plans on https://spotify.com/premium/.
