Fail to subscribe

Got my account set back to Free a few weeks ago because i blocked my creditcard. Now i have a new card and im trying to upgrade again to student premium but i keep get the ''payment failed, pay again or try another option''. I'm sure my card works but spotify wont let me. What can I do?

please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
