My Question or Issue

I got an email saying that my payment has failed yet they cut out the subscription fee from my card. What do I do about this now? Will I be charged again yet I have the receipt that money was cut out of my card?

Contact Spotify Support staff here and they will be able to sort your issue as they will be able to see any payment details and provide more personalised help.
