My Question or Issue

Hello, it has been more than a year that I have been sending emails and launching chat with help desk but nobody could solve. I have a verified student account and my credit card payment is failing therefore I cannot buy premium student. Can anybody please help me pay? There is an issue with my account. 

I tried using incognito segment.

I tried using different cards.

I tried using paypal. 

I changed country and used that country’s card.

I used a VPN and cleared my cache.

I emailed the support.

I asked for help at chat.

 

Nothing works. I cannot pay. 

“Payment failed” thats the message I get.

”Le paiement a échoué. Veuillez réessayer en utilisant une autre carte ou un autre mode de paiement. Consultez notre site d'aide.

 

Can you please help?

In this case, I think it's best if you talk directly to Spotify Support, on this channel. They don't take long to respond.

I tried to talk to them for 1 year now: No solution. Chat does not help.

No answer from their support yet..
