Finding College Issue

So I'm trying to sign up for the student discount and my college is showing up, but an error message is still popping up that won't allow me to start the premium student. I know that there's a manual way of submitting proof, however I have been accepted to my college and will be registering for classes in just a few days, which means it looks like I don't have the accepted forms of proof. I have already been charged for a discount as well. So when I do register in a few days, will I just have to submit a form of proof and go from there, or will I have to redo the signing up process and pay another $5?
