Hi i just want to sign up for a free trial premium first then apply for my student offer later, but it sign up for premium $11.99 somehow, and it took the money in my bank account
What should i do?

That's not cool, but we'd love to help.

If you've been charged too much, we'd recommend getting in touch with the folks over on Twitter, Facebook, or our Contact form.

They'll be able to take a look backstage and help you over to the correct subscription type 🙂
