My Question or Issue

I would like to buy spotify premium, I am currently using Spotify free. Unfortunately, I've probably already used up the free introductory month, so I can't even buy a classic premium account, because it tells me that I've already used up the free month. I don't really need the free month anymore, I just want to buy a premium account. But it doesn't offer me another option. How can I solve this please?

thanks for your help, but unfortunately this link didn't help me either. It's still the same "Looks like you've already used up your trial - unfortunately this offer isn't for you. However, you can still take advantage of the Get Premium Student subscription offer." - but I can't buy any other subscription either, because they all have a "free month".

it's still the same. Unfortunately, another device or browser did not help. It always only offers me a subscription with a free month, which always says that I have already used up.

Make sure to clear your browser's cache and cookies before doing so.

 

Also, if possible, please try using another payment method.
