I can´t renew my student´s discount

I try to renew my student´s discount but when I enter my information on sheerID it always says "You have already redeemed this offer." and I can´t move on from there.

I am unable to switch from the individual plan to the student plan. Each time I try to change, it states that I have already been verified but will not change the plan.
