I was verified as a student but it wont let me switch plans

I was verified as a student, but when I go in to switch to student premium plan, it says I am not eligible. What can I do?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

What is your current plan you want to make the transition from? Is it Premium Individual or a different one? If it is not an Individual plan, you'll have to cancel the current plan, wait for it to expire and then activate the Student subscription.

Where exactly is the error occurring though, could you post a screenshot?
