My Question or Issue

 I've had my student premium for about a year now and I just got an email notifying me that I need to renew my account. I filled out all of my info including what school I've been enrolled to but whenever I click the link to finalize the payment process it takes me back to my account page and tells me that something went wrong and that I need to try again. What should I do about this? I'd like to know as soon as possible before my premium expires. It says my student account is valid until 10/11/18

I'm facing the same issue, I cannot renew and keep getting the "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." whenever it goes through. When I try to manually verify, it tells me that it sucessfully verified I'm a student and to go back to the offer page, and when I click my account, it just takes me back to the overview page with that message.

Sam thing is happening to me now. I see this post is from 2018 but I have no other help. This is ridiculous. I successfully verified via SheerID but Spotify recommends that I use my school email. My school email is not connected to any of my Spotify accounts. When I try to click the link to access my student discount it gives the Oops 404 page. So annoying. Endless cycle.

Would it be possible to try using an incognito browser window, a different internet connection and a different device? Did those steps bring any change?
