My Question or Issue

I am trying to subscribe for student premium account but for verification it says last name required for the process. But the thing is I don't use my last name in College and there is not any document of college that i have my last name written. So please give me another way for subscribing student account.

I am not a student, so SheerId does not seem applicable to me...
