Not receiving student discount

First of all, I was unable to find a phone number for customer support anywhere on the Spotify website. This is very frustrating, and I'm already dissapointed in my spotify customer service experience. My issue could easily be handled over a  phone call with customer support, rather than discussing payments on a public forum.

I've been using spotify premium for a long time and have always received the student discount. After I recently changed my payment method, my account was charged for $9.99 + tax, even though it says I am still eldible for the student discount.

I would like some help resolving this issue, and to be refunded for the overcharge to my account.

Hey @Jwes Welcome to the Spotify Community!

If you go to your Account Overview and on the left side you will see a category labeled "Subscription" click on Subscription and there it will tell you whether you have Premium for Students. If it doesn't say you have the Student Premium go to this Spotify Student Premium link and there you can reapply for the student discount. 

If you do have Student Premium go to this Spotify Support Link and there you will have to fill out the necessary information to contact Spotify for the overcharge of your Student Premium.
