My Question or Issue

Hi there, 

I have been charged full prize for my Spotify premium student subscription without knowing why. I have now reapplied for my student subscription which was accepted, but I still don’t know why I paid too much last month... No matter what the reason is I can’t believe I didn’t get ANY sort of email or notification about the change in payment - you can’t just take more money than what I said yes to ???? I expect you give me a refund on 50% so I only paid what I am supposed to.

If you've been charged the regular Premium rate upon the renewal date, it means that the student discount period has ended and needs to be renewed. If you didn't get a reminder on your registered email, it might've ended up in the spam folder. You should also double-check that you have the right email address registered on the account page, and check your notification settings.
