My Question or Issue

I have been facing a problem with my recurring payment. I tried both my debit and credit card but the problem persists. 

Whenever I try to enter my card details and continue the payment it shows the same message that says the payment fails. Also every time i when i submit my payment details Rs 1 is been detected from my bank account. I have been trying to pay from past 3-4 days. 

Please look into my problem and reply with a solution as soon as possible.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

We suggest you try entering the payment card details in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

 

If you still experience the same after trying these steps, get in touch with the service provider of your payment card. You can check the status of your transaction with them and if the payment was successful.
