Payment Issue about Student Account

Hello,

Today, I was about to buy a student premium account. After I submit my credit card information and I clicked OK, payment is done from my credit card as it must be. Later, I was supposed to submit my student certificate etc. Howeveri in the middle of this process I quit the searchbar accidentally.

In short I paid, but I did not apply successfully. 

How can I get my money back?
