Hello,

 

I' ve changed my plan from premium to student. But spotify is charging me for Both plans. What should i do?

Hey @Alessandraleda, welcome to the community!

 

Sounds like you have two Spotify accounts, one with the discount, and the other one with the regular Premium. Try following these steps to see if you can find the access to both of them.

 

If you find the two accounts, you can cancel the one that doesn't have the discount and close it.
