I have enough balance but i still get an error message. I tried going to incognito windows and trying it on another device, even switching between 4G and wifi but still nothing works for me. I tried messaging GETPIN to 8823 but it says i don't have existing pin consent :'((.. What should I do and how do I fix this?

You mention that you've already tried some of the steps here under "Still not working", but I'd recommend following the steps down the list.
