Buongiorno, 

 

Ho l’abbonamento per studenti, rinnovato il mese scorso (16/10) dato che era scaduto l’anno. Nonostante io avessi fatto tutti i passaggi di conferma, ieri sera mi è arrivato il pagamento di 9,9€. Sono ritornata nella mail e ho ripremuto sull’opzione di conferma, ma mi dice semplicemente, di nuovo, che il piano sarà attivo fino al 16/10/23. Come posso riavere i soldi indietro?

By saying that you got charged 9,99 for a Student subscription, you got us thinking that you might have not successfully completed your verification process. Can you please go to your e-mail and look for a confirmation email? Make sure to check your Inbox and Spam folders as well. 

 

If you've already received e-mail that you've been verified you need to change your plan following the steps in that e-mail. You can always check if the discount has been applied on your Account page under Your plan.

 

If you'd like to get a refund, you can take a look at this page to see what you can do.
